The Terms of Service to manage your access to the website and use of any services (“Services”) provided by MyPoppin.com (“Site”) when any individual wish to use our website. These terms of service will work as a legal agreement between MyPoppin.com (“We” or “Us”) and You, the one who is using the Site (“You” or User”).

By opting to select “I Agree” button while registering your account or using our Site, you are agreeing that you have read and understood, and to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, do not use the Site as well as the Services provided.

We may edit and make changes to these Terms of Service from time to time. When it happens, we will update the Site with the revised copy of the Terms of Service. Such changes will be applied to your previous agreement to use the Site and Services, and hence keep checking the terms page periodically.

MyPoppin.com is a Site which operates as an online platform to connect the families who are seeking for a domestic worker (“Employers”) with the people who are in search of finding a suitable job (“Candidates”) as a maid, nanny, housekeeper, babysitter, caregiver, etc. The Site allows the Employers to submit their job post with all the details while the Candidates are allowed to create their profile describing their job positions, skills, experiences, etc.

We provide the Services which will enable the Employers to view the profiles of matching Candidates and contact them, the Candidates, at the same time, can find out suitable job posts to apply and make the Employers know about their interest in that job position.

MyPoppin.com is not offering any referral or placement service, we operate as an online portal to look for a domestic worker/find a job for both parties. We are not receiving service charges or any financial benefits from Employers or Candidates when both parties come to an agreement and decided to sign an employment contract.

The Site facilitates the Employers and Candidates to find out, contact and interact through our Services, but will not be a part of further engagements, conversations, and agreements between the users. The Site is not a party in the discussions and shall not be liable to the Employers, Candidates or any other third party in any way regarding the employment contract agreement between the parties.

MyPoppin.com is not performing any background check on the Users or verifying the content when they are creating profiles or submitting job posts, hence it’s the sole responsibility of the Employers and Candidates to interact with other members on their own risk. The Site will not be liable to any harm you experienced (physical, mental or any other form of), financial loss or disputes in connection to your dealings with a User found using our Services.

The Site neither represents any of its Users nor guarantee accuracy and reliability on any of the User generated content on the website.

To make use of all the Services offered by MyPoppin.com website, the Users are required to create their profile following the registration processes. You must provide current and accurate information to the Site as part of the registration processes including your name, phone number, email address, and other personal data (“Personal Information”) required to complete the account registration.

The use of the term “Personal Information” in this MyPoppin.com Terms of Service refers to the personally identifiable information submitted by the Users to the Site such as name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, etc. MyPoppin.com will use Personal Information of the Users with compliance to these Terms of Service and the Site’s Privacy Policy.

The Site may ask you to verify your account during the registration process to provide access to use our Services by requesting more information from You or via making use of third-party services.

Once You complete the registration, the Site will provide you access to your profile using the password and related login credentials. It’s the responsibility of the User to keep the login credentials confidential, and You are responsible as well to any activities happening in your account logged in using your given credentials.

As a MyPoppin.com User, you must acknowledge and agree that:

• The Site may, in its sole discretion refuse to create a User account, suspend or cancel your User account if We strongly believe that You or any third party who has logged in to your account have been/may be misused our Site or Services.
• You agree that MyPoppin.com may remove any content contributed on Site from your account or terminate your account or limit your use of the Site or Services at any time if We believe that You violated these Terms of Service.
• You will keep your profile information updated with current and accurate data in case of any necessary changes.
• You agree to keep your account passwords or other login credentials that are either chosen by you or provided by the Site during the registration confidential, and further acknowledge that you are responsible for any activities happening in your logged in account using that given login credentials.
• You agree to report Us immediately in case if you find any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activities or any security breaches within your account.
• You will not share your account login credentials or give access to your account to any others, also will make sure that you log out from your account after completing every session.

To be eligible to use MyPoppin.com Site and Services, You represent and warrant as follows:

• For All Site Users: You are 18 years of age or older when You register for an account on the Site or use the Services.
• For Candidates:
  • You are legally permitted to work in the country where you are looking for a domestic worker job.
  • You have never been convicted or is currently pending trial/facing legal action for any criminal offence involving violence, neglect, abuse, larceny or fraud, or any kind of offence that involves endangering the safety of others.
  • You have not been registered as a sexual offender and are not under investigation by any government agency.
• For Employers:
  • You or any member of your household have/has never been convicted or are/is currently pending trial/facing legal action for any criminal offence involving violence, neglect, abuse, larceny or fraud, or any kind of offence that involves endangering the safety of others.
  • You or any member of your household have not been registered as a sexual offender and are not under investigation by any government agency.

MyPoppin.com wants to confirm that all the Users are providing valid contact details to register their account with us. You will be asked to submit your contact Phone Number, WhatsApp Number and Email Address during the registration process. You are required to confirm your Phone and WhatsApp Number during the registration itself, We will send you a One-Time Password (OTP) to respective numbers that you want to enter in the specified field to complete the registration and login to your account.

If you want to make use of the full functionality of the Site and Services, you will be asked to confirm your Email Address after the registration as well.

MyPoppin.com maintains the right to APPROVE/REJECT any account registration requests as well as terminate User accounts or restrict use of the Site and Services at any time if we believe that you are not eligible/misused the Site and Services/violated these Terms of Service.

Users will have three subscription packages to choose from: Basic, Standard and Premium. You can access the basic package at free of cost but with limitations on your use of the Site and Services. If You want to unlock more options or overcome the access limitations, You can choose an upgraded subscription package (Standard or Premium).

MyPoppin.com reserves the right to modify and update these subscription packages without prior notice, whenever we feel it’s necessary, and the details of such changes will be updated subsequently to the respective pages on the Site.

Subscription plans, fee credits, benefits and other things connected with User subscription packages are non-transferable.

• Auto Renewal Policy

We will automatically renew all the subscription packages and charge your debit/credit cards for fees on the day of expiry, with a prior notice with renewal date details sent to your before 7 days. All the renewals will be done for the same duration as your current subscription plan (monthly or yearly).

If you do not wish to continue with the current plan, you should cancel your subscription before midnight of the last day of expiry in order to avoid auto renewal.

• Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription with us anytime you want by simply accessing your account settings. The subscription package cancellation may take up to 48 hours to be effective.

However, any subscription charges you have paid to us prior to the effective date of package cancellation will not be refunded. Moreover, you will not be eligible for a refund for any unused days between the date of your subscription cancellation and the end date of that package.

You can make use of your subscription benefits, even after you have cancelled your subscription with us, till the expiration of that package. It's your responsibility to inform us promptly if you experience any issues while subscribing to a plan.

No refund requests are accepted for any of our subscription packages, regardless of whether you have used any of the service benefits after subscribing to it or not, also we have no policy for issuing prorated refunds for any subscription packages based on time elapsed.

MyPoppin.com registered accounts are specifically assigned for personal use and You agree to not use it for any commercial purposes or permit any other person to use your account. The main intention of the Site is to help its members connect with each other and choose a suitable domestic worker by finding and reviewing the candidate profiles (for Employers) or find a suitable job opportunity and apply for it (for Candidates).

Use of MyPoppin.com Site and Services for any other purposes than above mentioned is prohibited, including, but not limited to, using the Site or information taken from the Site for earning advertising or subscription revenue, contacting the members for other purposes, the sale of advertising on any third-party website, or use of the Site by any companies, agencies or websites dealing with maid, nanny, babysitting or childcare services, or being used by any job posting websites or companies without approval from MyPoppin.com.

Prohibited use of the Site content for commercial purposes do not include if the MyPoppin.com Site content is being used on any third-party websites or for writing in news releases, given that their intention of using the Site content is not to compete with Us or make any advertising revenue.

You may not send chain letters, spam, or unsolicited emails to other Users, nor may you use any information collected from the Site to abuse, harass, or harm another individual. To protect the Users from any such activity, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including, but not limited to, limiting the number of messages a User may send to other Users via the Site in a 24-hour period, terminating Subscriptions and/or accounts, and blocking access to the Site from certain IP addresses.

You agree that you have the right and authorization to submit any information about yourself or any others, and You will not give incorrect, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise false information to MyPoppin.com or any other Users of the Website.

You agree your use of our Site and Services will comply with all laws and regulations in effect. You will not post or transmit any content on the Site including, but not limited to, written materials, texts, photos, or any graphical content, that is inaccurate, inappropriate, defamatory, abusive, profane, obscene, offensive, threatening, harassing, sexually oriented, racially offensive, or illegal or any other material that violates or infringes other party's rights including, but not limited to, the rights of publicity and privacy and intellectual property rights, or encourage, promote, or aid any illegal activity.

By posting your Personal Information and other user content to the Site, You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant MyPoppin.com, its licensees, affiliated parties, and successors an irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid, international license to collect, store, use, copy, display, perform, reproduce, adapt and adjust, modify and distribute your provided information and content. Also, to prepare and generate derivative works of, or incorporate your information and content into other works, and to permit and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

User Information may also be used to determine what new features, content, or services are appropriate for this website, to give advertisers and business partners with aggregate, non-personally identifiable data about our Site Users and their preferences, including statistics about the source of visitors, sales, traffic trends, and use of the services.

The User expressly grants MyPoppin.com permission to modify the submitted content in order to adhere to the style criteria of the Site or Services platform and/or to make it compliant with the technical performance requirements or media formats wherever it's required.

Though we take all reasonable measures to ensure that the information You supply Us is not used by any third parties for purposes that are not indicated on this page, we are not liable for any inappropriate use of your personal information that is out of our control.

The User expressly grants MyPoppin.com permission to modify the submitted content to adhere to the needs of the Site or Services, whenever or wherever it's required.

MyPoppin.com maintains the right to remove any information that is deemed illegal, morally repugnant, or in violation of intellectual property rights.

MYPOPPIN.COM IS CONNECTING EMPLOYERS AND CANDIDATES AND HELPING THEM TO COMMUNICATE VIA THE SITE AND SERVICES. MYPOPPIN.COM IS NOT A PARTY AT ANY PART OF THE CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS AND CANDIDATES OR ANY THIRD PARTY, AND IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO THE EMPLOYERS, CANDIDATES OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY FORM OF DAMAGES ARISING FROM SUCH INTERACTIONS OR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AGREEMENTS.

MYPOPPIN.COM OR ITS LICENSEES, AFFILIATED PARTIES, AND SUCCESSORS IN NO WAY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR INFORMATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DAMAGES TO REPUTATION OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DAMAGES OR WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SITE AND SERVICES, EVEN IF MYPOPPIN.COM HAS BEEN NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES.
