As an Au-pair you will be placed with a family who have been interviewed and vetted by our parent
company

You will be required to attend a ZOOM style interview prior to selection and placement. Remember both families and au-pairs are naturally nervous about selecting the right match !..so its our job to match you with the right family.
Ms Denise McGinty the group CEO and her dynamic team offers 20+ years UAE placement agency experience. Ms McGinty is originally from Edinburgh in the UK and spent many years developing the Housekeeping Co Group into the largest employer and placement agency for some 3,800+ au-pairs and household staff to families throughout the UAE.
The company provides both the family and Au-pair with a 30-day settling in program to support both sides with getting orientated and understanding the family system.
As an Au-pair You will be guaranteed a private room, and bathroom, and will be looked after and supported by a staff liaison officer to assist you in settling in.
The company provides full employment visa, emirates identity cards, and wages protection system (WPS) with bank account and ATM C3 cards. The company also provides HR support, full medical assessment and occupational health. Company provides private medical insurance.
Au-pairs must be willing to work hard, and be committed to family life, learning new cultures, food, cuisines, and lifestyles whilst based here in the UAE.
The UAE currently offers the safest country to live and work and provides 365 days of sunshine and high standards of living.
